SP-IR Semi-Auto Stationary Heat Skin Packaging Machine Series

Our SP-IR Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. SP-IR models incorporate an automatic retractable radiant heater panel system, controlled by percentage controllers for precise heat distribution.

All SP-IR skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. An infeed table, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire cut-off are all standard

These skin packaging machines can be equipped with a three-stage vacuum system for products with complex shapes.  The SP-IR series may be ordered with a blister forming option to produce low-profile blisters from roll stock.
